Weekly mowing, edging and trimming is usually priced per visit based on the size of the lawn, the amount of edging and trimming, and access. Many customers put it on a simple seasonal schedule so it's handled without them thinking about it — some have done exactly that with us for twenty years.
Seasonal & lawn-health work

Spring and fall clean-ups, power seeding, aerating and dethatching, fertilizing programs and fresh mulch beds are priced by the size of the area and how much material and labor the job takes. We'll tell you which of these your lawn actually needs — and which it doesn't.
Landscape projects & hardscape

New plantings, paver walkways and patios, and dry-well and drainage systems are priced per project once we've seen the ground — because the base prep, materials and grading drive the cost. We quote it clearly and up front, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
